Trophy Lead Times

All of our trophies are marked with either (2 weeks) (3 weeks) or (4 weeks) after the product code. We order trophies that are marked (2 weeks) on every Monday. And we order trophies marked (3 weeks) and (4 weeks) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month unless specific dates are mentioned.

If you need trophies in a hurry, go to Urgent trophies as we hold these in stock at all times.

If your dates don't coincide with our order dates, there may be a $22.00 freight charge on orders under $1,000.00.

If our suppliers are out of stock of a trophy you have ordered we will offer you a substitue trophy at a similar price.

We recommend that you order your trophies at least four weeks before the delivery date. At this early stage we only need trophy number estimates as most clubs need more time to confirm actual numbers with coaches. For your convenience, the engraving can be left as late as one week before the delivery date. This allows us time to order componentry and arrange artwork for personalized centers.
